DeepInTime is games on real 3D terrain, in your browser. Race against other players and computer drivers on arcade circuits, build in a shared world, or explore real mountains in 3D.
The landscapes come from the same real data as our science lab, Erode Lab. There you drop a pin anywhere on Earth and fast-forward thousands to millions of years of rivers, glaciers, landslides and faults on the real terrain. It's free, has no ads, and is built for students, teachers and researchers as well as the curious.
The terrain is real, from public elevation data; the full list of data and assets, with credits, is on the Credits page. The games run on your own computer, in your browser.
DeepInTime may show ads to pay for itself. Supporter, a one-time purchase, removes them for your account on every device; World adds plots in the shared build world. See Pricing.
DeepInTime is made by Rob Williams, an avid gamer and new father, building something he loves and trying to make a living doing it.
